ADULT and HIGH SCHOOL AGE

Celebration Ringers (High School age and up) The advanced handbell choir makes musical offerings regularly for worship and special events.  Rehearsals Sunday afternoons, 5:00 p.m., in the Music Suite/Handbell Room.

Beginning Handbells (handbell choir – Grade 6 through Adult) Ringers learn basic techniques and easy music. Perform as ready.  The group rehearses as needed.

Chancel Choir (High School age and up) The choir sings at the 9 and 11 o’clock Sunday services, and special events.  Rehearsals Wednesday evenings, 7 p.m., in the Music Suite. Child care provided.  

Seasonal Choir (High School age and up) If you cannot be a part of Chancel Choir on a regular basis, come join us for Advent & Christmas, or Lent & Easter, or over the summer months.  You still get to be part of the best small group at CtK, serve the church, and accommodate your own schedule.  Some folks cannot be with us all the time.  Seasonal choir gives them an opportunity to be with us part-time.  Call John Marsh for more details.

Men's Chorus - Women's Chorus (High School age and up) Another option to participate is by joining our men's or women's choruses, which sing periodically for worship. The goal is to involve singers who cannot otherwise be a part of Chancel Choir.  We sing music that is accessible to everyone and have a rehearsal shortly before we sing for services. 

Celebration Orchestra (High School age and up) The ensemble plays for Sunday services and special events.  Rehearsals Tuesdays, 7:15 p.m. in the Music Suite. 

Drama Team (Adult and High School) The group adds a variety of dramatic works from thematic-sermon vignettes to seasonal dramas.

Tech Team (Sound, Lighting, Media – High School age and up) Operate sound, lighting, video and other media for services and special events.

Worship Team – Saturday Night Together (Vocals and Band – High School age and up) Our contemporary ensemble leads contemporary worship at the Saturday 5:30 p.m. service.  Rehearsals are Saturday afternoon, 4 p.m.
