Galatians: The Gospel of Christian Freedom!!

Why did Martin Luther speak of this letter (epistle) of St. Paul as his favorite book of the Bible? Why has this short (6 chapter) letter been called every Christian's Declaration of Independence and the Gospel of Christian Freedom? Spend five weeks with Retired Pastor Jim Christ to find the answers and explore in depth their relevance to us today! We begin Sunday, January 10th and run through February 14th (note: their will be no class on January 24th due to our Congregational Meeting Pt. II). We begin at 10:10am in Room 143.

Building Families...On Marriage at a Time!!

F2 Group Camping at Stone Mountain!!

Come join us on Wednesday evenings, beginning January 13th from 6:30pm - 8 pm in The Studio (Room 227). Nursery and childcare provide to the 5th garade! Come join a great group of couples who are on a journey to improve their marriages, seek God's best for their families, and, all the while, having lots of fun along the way!! We would love to have you join us!!!

Healthy Congregations Workshop #2

We will be offering the Healthy Congregations Workshop#2 here at Christ the King!! The dates and times are as follows:

Tuesdays January 12 - February 16 

12noon to 1:30 pm in Room 143.

Wednesday Evenings January 13 - February 17 

6:30 - 8 pm in Fellowship Hall

 The contents of the workshop will enable us as a congregation to:

  * Respond to Anxiety.

  * Manage Conflict.

  * Respond to Change.

  * Act Flexibly and Creatively.

Come and be a part of this 6 week class that will help launch our church into the future!!

Tuesdays from 12 noon to 1:30 pm

Wednesday Evenings from 6:30-8 pm    

Cost: $9 per person or couple!!
